What are your delivery charges and options?
Standard UPS ground shipping is charged at $10 per order (or free for orders over $100 in value). Additional charges may be levied for express shipping, or shipments to Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska. Delivery times are approximate and are dependent on the order being received and complete. Haddenham LLC cannot be held responsible for a courier’s failure to deliver to the specified time due to adverse weather conditions or any other exceptional circumstances.
Can I track my order?
When your order is despatched, a confirmation will be sent to your email address containing a link to track your parcel.
Is your packaging discreet?
Our packaging has minimal branding and is not identifiable as containing medical products.
Do you part ship orders?
Orders will be despatched in as few parcels as possible.
