LymphStore aims to always provide high quality goods that are fault free and undamaged. On occasion however, goods may need to be returned.
This policy summarizes our approach, however, full details can be found in our Terms and Conditions section. Please note, the said Terms and Conditions govern and take precedence over the summary set out below.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
As our compression products are medical garments, if you have tried them on, or in any other way handled and manipulated them, we will not be able to refund you as we will be unable to re-sell these items due to the danger of cross-contamination. Lymphstore does not accept any liability if the product does not fit as a result of incorrectly taken measurements.
30 Day Consumer Satisfaction Policy
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact customer service to determine if it has already shipped. If the order has not shipped, you will receive a full refund including any paid postage (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
For orders that shipped, we ask that you receive it and follow the returns process. The cost of return postage will not be refunded to you unless it is our error, in which case please see the No Fault/Warranty section below.
To request a return authorization, you can utilise the Returns option against the particular order under your account on LymphStore, replay to your order confirmation email, or you can contact customer service at 1-800-734-8904. We will respond with a return authorization number and further instructions for completing the process.

Effects of cancellation or return
A refund will be made within 14 days of either receiving your instruction to cancel or receiving returned goods. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed and displayed on the account or card originally used for payment.
No Fault/Warranty Returns
If we have sent you items you have not ordered or the wrong items, these should be returned to us at your first opportunity.
If the goods develop faults within their warranty period, you are entitled to a repair or replacement under the terms of that warranty.
In either instance the cost of return postage will be at the expense of Haddenham LLC.
Damage during delivery
If goods are damaged in transit and the damage is apparent on delivery, you should sign the delivery note to the effect that the goods have been damaged. You should report such damage to LymphStore using the methods set out above arrange return.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, you will be given the option to have the goods replaced with those ordered (if available) or to be refunded. In either case, the cost of return postage will be refunded to you in full.
