Haddenham LLC d/b/a Lymph Store (“Company” or “We”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. This policy describes: 

  • The types of information we may collect or that you may provide when you visit, access, register with, or use our website (the “Site”).
  • Our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

This policy applies only to information we collect in this Site and in email, text, and other electronic communications sent through or in connection with this Site.

  • We collect offline or on any other Company websites or mobile applications, including websites you may access through this Site. 
  • You provide to or is collected by any third party (see Third-Party Information Collection).

Persons Under the Age of 18

This Site is not intended for persons under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from persons under 18. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a person under 18, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a person under 18, please contact us at sales@us.haddenham.com

If we discover or suspect that a person under 18 is using this Site, we may immediately disable the account of such user, and we will send a message to his/her registered email account and require him/her to provide valid proof of age (such as a copy of government issued driver’s license or photo ID, a passport, etc.) to us within the period of time specified in the message. The validity of such proof of age shall be determined in our sole and absolute discretion. If such user fails to provide such proof of age within such period, we may, in our sole and absolute discretion, permanently delete such user’s account.

Persons Located Outside the United States 

Our Site is operated in the United States.  If you are located outside of the United States, please be aware that information we collect, including personal information, will be transferred to, and processed, stored and used in the United States.  The data protection laws in the United States may differ from those of the country in which you are located, and your personal information may be subject to access requests from governments, courts, or law enforcement in the United States according to laws of the United States.  By using the Site or providing us with any information, you consent to the transfer to, and processing, usage, sharing and storage of your information, including personal information, in the United States as set forth in this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect and How We Collect It

We collect several types of information from and about users of our Site, including information:

  • By which you may be personally identified, such as name, postal address, email address, telephone number, or any other information the site collects that is defined as personal or personally identifiable information under an applicable law (“personal information”). Personal information includes sensitive information where such information can directly or indirectly be used to identify an individual. 
  • That is about you but individually does not identify you.
  • About your internet connection, the equipment you use to access our Site, and usage details.

We collect this information:

  • Directly from you when you provide it to us.
  • Automatically when you navigate the Site. 
  • From public sources and third parties.

Information You Provide to Us

When you visit, access, register with, or use this Site, we may ask you to provide information.

This information may include, but is not limited to: 

  • Information that you provide by filling in forms in the Site. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use the Site and when making a purchase or a return. Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies

In addition to any personal information or other information that you choose to submit to us via the Site, we and our third-party service providers may use a variety of technologies that automatically (or passively) store or collect certain information via your personal computer, browser, laptop, tablet, mobile phone or other device (a “Device”) whenever you visit or interact with the Site (“Usage Information”).  To the extent we associate Usage Information with personal information we collect directly from you on the Site, we will treat it as personal information.  

This Usage Information may include:

  • your IP address, UDID or other unique identifier (“Device Identifier”).  A Device Identifier is a number that is automatically assigned to your Device used to access the Site, and our computers identify your Device by its Device Identifier.
  • your Device functionality (including browser, operating system, hardware, mobile network information).
  • the URL that referred you to our Site.
  • the areas within our Site that you visit and your activities there, including remembering you and your preferences.
  • your Device location.
  • your Device characteristics.
  • certain other Device data, including the time of day, among other information.

The information we collect may include personal information. It helps us improve our Site and to deliver a better and more personality service, including by enabling us to:

  • Estimate our audience size and usage patterns.
  • Store information about your preferences, allowing us to customize our Site according to your individual interests.
  • Market our products and services, optimize such marketing to be, optimize such marketing to be more relevant to you, and measure and analyze the effectiveness of our marketing and promotions.
  • Conduct surveys, market research, and data analytics.
  • Speed up your searches.
  • Recognize you when you use the Site.

The technologies we use for automatic information collection may include, but is not limited to:

  • Cookies (or browsers cookies).  A cookie is a small file placed on the hard drive of your computer. You may refuse to accept browser cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your browser or via any opt-out method we may make available from time to time. However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access certain parts of our Site.   • Web Beacons. Pages of our Site and our e-mails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifts) that permit the Company, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an email and for other related website statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain website content and verifying system and server integrity). 
  • Embedded Scripts.  An embedded script is programming code that is designed to collect information about your interactions with the Site, such as the links you click on.  The code is temporarily downloaded onto your Device from our web server or a third-party service provider, is active only while you are connected to the Site, and is deactivated or deleted thereafter.  

Third-Party Information Collection

Some content or applications, including advertisements, on the Site are served by third-parties, including advertisers, ad networks and services, content providers, and application providers. These third parties may use cookies alone or in conjunction with web beacons or other tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use our Site. The information they collect may be associated with your personal information or they may collect information, including personal information, about your online activities over time and across difference websites and online services. They may use this information to provide you with interest-based (behavioral) advertising, other targeted content, or for other purposes.

We do not control these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used. How We Use Your Information

  • Enable and facilitate acceptance and processing of payments, rebates, and other transactions.

Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell your information. We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual or device, without restriction. 

In addition, we may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide:

  • To our affiliates in furtherance of the activities described in this policy, in which case we will require such affiliates to honor this policy.
  • To contractors, service providers, business partners, and other third parties we use to support our business and who are bound by contractual obligations to keep personal information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.
  • To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of the Company’s assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by the Company about our Site users is among the assets transferred.
  • To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it.
  • For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information.
  • With your consent.
  • To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.
  • To enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including this Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use, the California Consumer Protection Act Privacy Notice (as applicable), and for billing and collection.
  • If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our customers or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
  • On any other legal basis under applicable law. 

Your Choices About Our Collection, Use, and Disclosure of Your Information

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. This section describes mechanisms we provide for you to control certain uses and disclosures of over your information: 

  • Promotion by the Company. If you do not want us to use your information to promote products or services, you can opt out by contacting us at the email address listed in Contact Information or via any other opt-out method we may make available from time to time. This opt-out does not apply to information provided by the Company as a result of product purchase, warranty registration, product service experience or other transactions.
  • Tracking Technologies and Advertising. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. You may also opt out of receiving all or some browser cookies via any opt-out method we may make available from time to time. If you disable or refuse cookies or opt-out as described above, please note that some parts of this site may then be inaccessible or not function properly.

We do not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising.  However, these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way.  You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI”) on the NAI’s website.

Third Party Content or Links to Third-Party Sites. 

The Site may contain content that is supplied by a third party, and those third parties may collect Usage Information and your Device Identifier when pages from the Site are served to you.  In addition, when you are on the Site you may be directed to other services that are operated and controlled by third parties that we do not control.  We are not responsible for the data collection and privacy practices employed by any of these third parties or their services and they may be tracking you across multiple sites and may be sharing the results of that tracking with us and/or others.  For example, if you “click” on a link, the “click” may take you off the Site onto a different site.  These other sites may associate their tracking technologies with you, independently collect data about you or others, including personal information, and may or may not have their own published privacy policies.  We encourage you to note when you leave our Site and to review the third-party privacy policies of all third-party websites and exercise caution in connection with them.

Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Information

You can review and change your personal information and/or sensitive information by logging into the Site and visiting your account profile page. 

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information you submit to us, such as your contact information provided as part of registration.  The Site may allow you to review, correct or update personal information you have provided through the Site’s registration forms or otherwise, and you may provide registration updates and changes by contacting us.  If so, we will make good-faith efforts to make requested changes in our then-active databases as soon as reasonably practicable (but we may retain prior information as business records).  Please note that it is not always possible to completely remove or delete all of your information from our databases and that residual data may remain on backup media or for other reasons. 

When you edit your personal information or change your preferences on the Site, information that you remove may persist internally for our administrative purposes.  You may cancel or modify our e-mail marketing communications you receive from us by following the instructions contained within our promotional e-mails or in some cases by logging into your Site account and changing your communication preferences.  This will not affect subsequent subscriptions and if your opt-out is limited to certain types of e-mails the opt-out will be so limited.  Please note that we reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to your account or use of our Site, such as administrative and service announcements and these transactional account messages may be unaffected if you choose to opt-out from receiving our marketing communications.

Consumers who are Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah or Virginia

In addition to the disclosures provided above in this Policy, if you are a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah or Virginia resident you can exercise certain additional rights regarding your personal information.

Access, Correction and Deletion Requests:

  • You may request a copy of the following: (1) the categories of personal informationwe collected about you; (2) the categories of sources from which the personal informationis collected; (3) the business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling (if applicable) the personal information; (4) the categories of third parties with whom we shared personal information, and the categories of personal information shared; and (5) the specific pieces of your personal informationthat we have collected, used, disclosed, or sold. 
  • You may request that we (and our service providers) correct your personal informationif it is inaccurate or delete your personal information. Note that deletion requests are subject to certain limitations, for example, we may retain personal informationas permitted by law, such as for tax or other record keeping purposes, to maintain an active account, to process transactions and facilitate customer requests, and for certain other internal business purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

To request a copy of personal informationwe have collected about you, or to request that your information be corrected or deleted, please submit your request by email to sales@us.haddenham.com. You may authorize another person (your “agent”) to submit a request on your behalf the same way. Shortly after you (or your agent) submit a request, we will check our records for matching information and contact you (via the email address provided during submission of your request) with instructions on how to verify the request before we fulfill it. We will aim to complete requests as soon as reasonably practicable and consistent with any applicable laws.

Before submitting any request, please note the following important information:

  • You may directly access much of your personal information if you have an online account with us by logging in to the relevant Site and visiting your account page.
  • Likewise, you may directly correct some of your personal information(as described above in this policy) if you have an online account with us by logging in to the relevant Site and visiting your account page.
  • If you are submitting a deletion request, your account will be permanently terminated and personal information on that account will be deleted consistent with any applicable laws. Once your deletion request is processed, you will lose the ability to log into our Site. To the extent we are able to link the information in your request to any of our marketing programs, we will remove you from those programs, but depending on how you enrolled in those programs you may need to separately opt-out of them as described above. If your account is deleted, you will be able to open a new account in the future, but you will not be able to tie the new account to any past transactions. 

Opt-Out Requests:

You have the right at any time to opt out of (i) any selling or sharing of your personal information to a third party (excluding service providers or other exceptions permitted by law); (ii) any third-party targeted advertising (i.e., cross-context behavioral advertising); and (iii) any use of sensitive personal information (such as precise geo-location or financial information) except for the purposes it was collected and as otherwise permitted by law. Specifically with respect to your personal information as described above:

  • Identifying information, Usage Information and/or transaction information may be shared with consumer brands, advertising businesses and other third parties through targeting cookies, pixels or other similar technologies and data extracts (as described above). Under certain states’ privacy laws, you may be entitled to opt-out of these and other activities (some of which are referred to as a “Do Not Sell” right). You may opt-out of the following:
    • oAny selling or sharing of your personal information to a third party (excluding service providers or other exceptions permitted by law);
    • oAny third-party targeted advertising (i.e., cross-context behavioral advertising); and
    • oAny use of sensitive personal information (such as precise geo-location or financial information) except for the purposes it was collected and as otherwise permitted by law.

Privacy laws may provide you with other opt-out rights which are inapplicable to us.  Please note that we may otherwise continue to share your personal informationwith our affiliates and service providers, and as otherwise directed by you, for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

(i) For Consumers:

In at least the past 12 months, we have collected the categories of personal information described above in this Policy, which includes:

    • Identifiers such as name, email address, IP address, postal address and phone number, such as if you visit our Site, create an account or make a purchase with us;
    • Commercial information such as your purchase history;
    • Internet activity regarding your interaction with our Site such as pages visited, product searches, browser type, browser language and other information collected automatically;
    • Geolocation data including location enabled services such as WiFi; and

Do Not Track (DNT) is a privacy preference you can set in most browsers but there is no standard interpretation or practice for responding to DNT signals. We endeavor to support browser Global Privacy Control signals, offer manual cookie opt-out for third party targeting cookies, and you can also opt-out of third party data extracts by submitting an opt-out request.

You have the right to request information from us regarding the manner in which we share certain categories of your personal informationwith third parties, for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. California law provides you with the right to submit a request to us at our designated address and receive the following information: (1) The categories of personal informationwe disclosed to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year; (2) The names and addresses of third parties that received such information; and (3) If the nature of a third party’s business cannot be reasonably determined from the third party's name, examples of the products or services marketed. You are entitled to receive a copy of this information in a standardized format and the information will not be specific to you individually. California Minors. As stated above, the Site and any other digital properties are “general audience” websites and not directed toward children. We do not collect or sell the personal information of consumers under the age of eighteen (18) if we have actual knowledge of the individual’s age.

(ii) For Non-Consumers:

Privacy disclosures and rights requestsCalifornia privacy rights apply to all individuals (not just consumers), including job applicants, current and former employees, contractors and business partners. Due to the nature of these relationships, the collection and use of personal information can vary, but in general terms and in addition to all the disclosures above:

    • Job applicants may provide us with personal information as part of an employment application and review process that includes the applicant’s contact information, education and employment history, resume and cover letter. We do not use this information for any purpose other than to evaluate the individual for employment with us and manage our careers program. Job applicants may provide additional information for routine background checks to a third party provider of such services, under specific privacy terms and consents that will be provided at the time of collection.
    • Employees receive disclosures during and after onboarding that provides additional details regarding our employee privacy practices.
    • We collect contact information and other personal information reasonably necessary to engage and work with contractors and business partners in the course of a business relationship.

All such individuals who are California residents can request additional information about our privacy practices with respect to their information, as well as make the access, deletion, correction and opt-out requests as described above, by contacting us at sales@us.haddenham.com. Please provide sufficient information that we can identify you, and be aware that we may employ a more extensive authentication process to verify your identity before responding to your request. The additional disclosure in this Section is provided particularly for Colorado, Connecticut and Virginia residents. If we deny a rights request you submit as provided above, you can raise your concerns with your state’s Office of the Attorney General.

Residents of Nevada Only

For Nevada residents, please note that we do not sell personal information as defined by Nevada law (Nevada Revised Statutes, Chapter 603A). You can submit a request to us at sales@us.haddenham.com regarding the sale of such information.

Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls. Any payment transactions will be encrypted.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. We urge you to be careful about giving out information in public areas of the Site like message boards. The information you share in public areas may be viewed by any user of the Site.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet and mobile platforms is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted through our Site. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures we provide.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

We may update our privacy policy from time to time. If we make material changes to how we treat our users’ personal information, we will post the new privacy policy on this page with a notice that the privacy policy has been updated.
